Q. Can I recommend my dentist if they are not part of your plan?
A. This is a free service we offer. We will contact your dental office and explain the benefit of joining our plan. Likewise, if there is specialist or additional office(s) you would like to use the plan at just let us know.
Q. When will my membership become active?
A. Right away! You’ll receive a membership ID number that can be used at any participating location. Just show your membership ID to use your plan! Use the plan as often as you need.
